At So Free Boutique we want every piece to reach you just as you dreamed it. If something isn’t right, here’s clearly how we solve it.
1. Right of withdrawal (online purchases)
Under article 47 of Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute), for purchases made through sofreeboutique.com you have the right to withdraw within the five (5) business days following delivery of the product, with no explanation needed.
- Write to us within that period through the Contact form, on WhatsApp at +57 319 476 9656 or by email at aristy09@gmail.com, with your order number.
- Return the piece in the same condition you received it, with its packaging and card.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer, as the law states.
- We refund the full amount paid, with no deductions or withholdings, no later than thirty (30) calendar days after your request, using the same payment method whenever possible.
2. Legal warranty
All our pieces carry the legal warranty required by Colombian law: they must arrive in good condition, complete and as described in the store. If your piece has a manufacturing defect, write to us with photos and your order number. Depending on the case, we repair it, replace it with an identical one or, if that isn’t possible, refund your money. The warranty doesn’t cover normal wear from use, knocks, contact with perfume, creams, sea or pool water, or damage from misuse.

3. Exchanges for taste or size
If you’d like to exchange a piece for another, write to us within the five (5) business days following delivery. The piece must be unused, with its original packaging and card. Exchanges depend on availability, and shipping for the exchange is on you, unless it was our mistake.
4. A note on earrings and hygiene
For hygiene, please don’t try earrings on your earlobe before deciding whether to return or exchange them: look them over calmly outside the packaging. This recommendation does not limit your right of withdrawal or the legal warranty; it just helps us take care of the next person who wears them.
5. If your order arrives with a problem
If your order arrives incomplete, wrong or with a damaged piece, write to us within the five (5) business days following delivery, with photos of the package and the piece. In that case, we cover the exchange shipping.
6. Orders with a discount code
If you paid with a discount, the refund is for the amount you actually paid.
